I really like this store. They have a pretty good selection for how small they are. I'd never go anywhere else if they carried watercolor gouache (not acrylic gouache) and pearl ex powder! I've loved all the brushes I've gotten from here too. Take some time to check it out!
Super nice staff! The people here are very friendly and helpful. In general much more knowledgeable than the typical chain store shelf stocker.
This is an awesome art store that I can't say enough good things about! I have gone here a couple of times for assistance in getting items mounted and framed. The staff was courteous, very helpful, knowledgeable, sensitive to my needs, patient, and very pleasant. They explained all options to me and including where I could safely save some money if I wished. I'm delighted with the work they did for me and recommend them to anyone I know.
Wow, this place is such a find! We were looking to get two large canvases framed that we brought back from Europe, but were shocked at the prices from other frame stores (even Michael's). Post Road Art's "Just Frame It" deal was awesome, since it let us choose from several groups of frames for a reasonable fixed price. We ended up paying around $320 to have BOTH paintings (slightly over 24"x36") stretched and custom framed. There was one issue with the original frame we selected, since they discovered that the remaining batch they had was warped and could not be used. But the owner, Randi, was wonderful and offered us a slightly more expensive option at no extra cost, that in the end looked fabulous! We could not be more pleased with our experience here.

Had a beautiful piece framed. It was excellently dome. They also have a great art gallery that changes monthly and an excellent choice of art supplies to purchase.
