If I could give them less I would. Avoid at all costs. customer service is awful. They charge $8 to cash personal checks, other customers were irate while discussing their accounts.
I approached a counter and was met with "what do you want" eyes. I asked if I could change my address and was bluntly told I can do it on my phone. I said I also wanted to deposit two checks and was told I can do that at the ATM. So, in other words 'get lost'. It's not clear to me what that individual is employed to do. Maybe she doesn't want her job. I will change banks because of this. I deal with my bank far too often to stand to be talked to in such a way.

Zero stars for everything here. My Mom had an account, she passed away, I went through all the legal routes ,not once but 5 times, and it's been 10 months and still haven't gotten her money! Do all your banking at a credit union for great service, low rates, and a whole different mentality. DCU (Digital Credit Union) is right next door to this awful place. Can't wait to get the last visit to Bank of America over with. I heard that this bank is mega corrupt. Well add totally inefficient, expensive, and can't get service. Can't even get a human on the phone. Call that service? Too big to be useful. AUGH
