Stopped in for a simple cut and fade for a business trip I was getting ready for.

She couldnt even end up doing a simple fade without butchering my hair. Which is now badly faded on one side with so many uneven spots like a kchild did it and the other side is more like a punk style having no fade at all rite up to the edge of my longer hair on top.
So I crossed my fingers and went in. then I found out why I will never go to mall salons ever again.
I have been a client of dellaria for about 8 years now. I went to the Marlborough salon today for a wash, trim and blow dry. I explained to Alicia, who was the hair dresser I saw, that I had an important interview coming up this Wednesday and that typically they can blow dry my hair with some volume and curls and it will last a couple days. She said she knew what I was talking about, it was a type of style done with a brush and hair dryer, which was correct. I assumed she was new since she had no conversational skills and was very moody. She parted my hair and was about to start the trim. I had to tell her before she started that my part was not down the middle as I had asked, mind you this was right before she started cutting my hair. Her response was "I haven't looked at it from the front yet". She looked at it and said it was in the middle but maybe a little diagonal. I had to go back and forth with her saying it was not straight and was on the left side of my head. The rest of the appointment was super awkward, she had the worst attitude and could tell she didn't want to be working on my hair. She kept stabbing me with her long nails and throwing my hair around and huffing and puffing. You wouldn't even know I had my hair cut and my hair is as straight as it was when I went in and still wet!! I now have to pay to have it go done again elsewhere. When I got to the front to pay I asked the receptionist if Alicia was new and she said no. I told her I was unhappy. She was very nice and offered to have another hair dresser blow dry my hair. I had an appointment a few towns over to be at at 5:00 and it was already 4:30. I can't believe I had to pay $45 for practically a wash. I'm sorry but I doubt I will ever visit another dellaria salon.
Worst of all they charged me $37.00 for this hack job. Never ever,ever ,ever go to this Dellaria mall salon unless your blind or don't care !
I had my hair colored and blow dried by Lindsay, she made my hair look beautiful ! Very professional
Usually I wouldn't have bothered going here because I have a great stylist I normally use but she was on vacation.
