Friendly service. In/out in time promised for switching to snow tires. Despite computerized records, had to remind technician I have the lifetime 'alignment/balancing'...that removed $89.00 from my bill...

I brought my tire in yesterday with the hopes that it could be fixed, but it couldn't. Oh well! I ordered the tire yesterday, was told there were plenty in stock and I could have it installed today. I called to confirm my time today and was told that my tire didn't come in, so they wanted to reschedule until tomorrow. Didn't come in? Plenty in stock? Hmmm......
As I needed to have my tired today, I went and picked up my rim, and searched for another place to get a new tire installed. I found someone $100 less for the same tire. Thank you Sullivan for not having the tire you said was in stock available as promised. You save me $100!!!! I should probably give you more stars for that!
