There are a couple other ladies that are respectful, polite, and efficient. Which is why I gave two stars instead of one. It's hit or miss.
Always happy here. They have an online check-in with estimated times, they never ignore waiting customers, great service, and they do a great job on my hair. They put notes in your account so they know what they did last time and what kind of cut you prefer. Nice product selection too.
Two quick stories. One was an employee didn't like the noises a child was making and kept saying that his parents needed to teach him manners. As a parent - no way that flies. Second story - twice I've been in there with this employee (Carolyn) that has the most awful disposition. She is snide, assumptive, downright rude. She doesn't ask about my shave line on neck and though I get my hair shampooed every time - it's in my notes - she doesn't ask and whips the apron off before I can remind her. I just let it go. The shop looses the fee and I'm out of there as fast as possible.
Not a bad place to get a quick cut. Prices are decent and you just walk in (they do not take appts). I felt like the barber rushed a bit and could have focused a little better to give a better cut.
Attentive hairdressers. Makes good notes about what the customer really wants. Excellent experience so far.
Checked in by walk in. While I agreed to the long wait, the hair dresser did not offer to service even when there was a vacancy, offering only when another person had entered the store. This increased my wait time considerably when she could have helped, but chose not too. Not customer friendly
The owner has a heart for veterans and provides a generous discount. However, there are a couple people that work there that are the most miserable souls to be around.
