Giving this hospital, specifically the psychiatric unit, a 1 star rating is too generous. A family member was admitted to this facility for 5 days. The lack of communication between physicians as well as family members is astonishing. Here I am, a concerned love one of a family memeber, and absolutely nothing was accomplished at this facility. No psychiatric examinations were completed, and a basic “diagnosis” was given. This facility is the definition of unprofessional, and I am truly disgusted by their lack of care. Take my advice and get help elsewhere.

I began receiving bills for a $30 copay which I will not pay. I've called the business office numerous times. They keep calling and asking for various information that I have already provided telling me they can't complete the claim. I am wasting time away from my job calling to resolve something that never should have happened. Someone named Olivia left me a message and asked me to call and leave the claim #. Here we go again. That number didn't work so I am on the phone now on hold with the business office ....again. The woman is like a robot and keeps telling me that she is reviewing my records (same conversation as last week when I called). I want this to go away.

Make sure that it has been understood why you are there and what is the medical service you came for ..... My post ER followup visit, was treated as an ER and I have been charged for a complete ER service, plus they called my Primary Doctor and made me an appointment for an ER followup visit!!!!

If you want to die then this is you're place. Staff is rude, totally unresponsive and completely uncaring. If I cut off my arm I'd chance it and drive to Framingham. Unfortunately you have give a star to post. 0 stars is the correct answer

Night time emergency room visit to stitch a small llaceration. Quick check-in and discharge process. Wonderful care and great staff. Grateful for their service. My colleague was equally impressed.

I am shocked and appalled at how inefficient this hospitals processes and systems are. In mid Aug, I went in with a concussion. Even though I told them it was a workers comp claim, they found me in the system and billed my personal insurance instead of waiting for the claim info. The next day I provided the claim number and asked them please bill the claim and not my personal insurance.

The service by the NP and nurse during my visit was good though. They were both male nurses, knowledgeable, but I did remind them that this was a workers comp claim and not to bill my insurance.
