I've probably seen 100 movies here over the past 19 years (this theater is about 10 minutes from our house), and have never had anything but a great experience. It isn't a brand-new multi-million dollar megaplex, but I've never found a single torn seat, unclean restroom, less than normal concessions, rude staff, etc. I'm not sure what some of these posts are referring to, frankly. Maybe some of them are legit - I don't know. But I can say that my family and friends regularly go to movies here - as well as some of the newer complexes not too far away - and I've never heard any of us "locals" talk disparagingly about this place. There have definitely been some changes in the makeup of stores in the mall - but that seems to be the case with malls in general (a retail model trying to re-invent itself, to put it kindly). But this continues to be a very nice theater experience, and though I rarely post reviews, I felt it unfair to let these reviews stand without providing my thoughts. I've certainly been to shoddy theaters, and this isn't one in the least.

Agree with Ms. Edmonds nasty freezing experience like no other. Even asked manager to turn heat on & he said "No problem! ". Apparently, you don't believe in providing paying customers with any heat when the audience is small. NevermInd that as so many others have said it's expensive & bathrooms gross.
The movie theater is huge and has a variety of goods and movies to choose from!! I've never been to this movie theater before and I already enjoy and love it!! I give it a good 5 star rating!! ❤
One of the worst theaters I have ever been to. The seating is not at all good atleast for the screen that I was in. Screen size is very very small. However, the sound system is not bad.
The movie theater is amazing and is beneficial because it's near the mall, so you can just walk over after your movie is done
