DO NOT RISK IT! They arrived 2 hours late to transport from Tampa to Jax. That was okay, but once in Jax the driver hit our apt building and caused $3,000 worth of damage. It happened on a Sunday so I was unable to report it to my leasing office until Monday. When the leasing agent got in contact with customer service (Odedd) out of the base office in Mass. he reported that the driver (Brandon) and other mover (Shaun) stated that they didn't hit the building. I'm dumbfounded that a company would hire such dishonest people. We are in the process of taking them to court due to us having witness statements and proof of the damage. Please be careful if you decide to use this company!
Disappointed with DN Van Lines after hiring them for our move. Completely destroyed a piece of furniture without any kind of explanation or apology.
Hugo and Axel were energetic, efficient and courteous throughout. Dan did a great job as the move coordinator. I would definitely recommend DN Van Lines if you want to have quality service at affordable cost.
