Terrible customer service. The general manager is very rude and ignorant. I would never recommend this place to anybody. The dryer does not work so they hand dry your car at the end and then expect a tip, even though it is "included" with your service. The inside of the car wash always has a terrible smell like old dirty water. I would much rather pay more money for unlimited car washes somewhere else where they would treat their customers nicely and with respect.

Don't be that uncle scrooge!!! Tips for the service!!! Today's people only complains for everything but never leave a tips!!!
As far as something like bugs stuck on your car, we know these are like dried cement, so if the bugs dont come off the 1st run, go in again its free. let them know and they spray a special solvent on them to help dissolve. My jeep looked like I drive drove in a locus swam and let it bake on, they painstakingly cleared it all off and didnt ask for an extra dime. To me that is OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I do just use the car wash, and yes there is a crew at the end of the wash that give the car a final wipe down to remove the water droplets and if you dont tip or do tip that's entirely up to you they dont hold out a hand or put the tip jar in your face.
They did an excellent job cleaning my car. I just needed a quick cleaning and they came thru for me! Fantastic and friendly service.
I've been getting my car washed several times a year, here and only here for the two years I've lived in the Marlborough area. Even before i moved here my bumper was loose from hooking it on something when backing up, but its never been a problem driving, or going through this car wash.. that is until the other day when a worker I've never seen before decided that my car was unfit to go through the wash (even though I've gone through with my loose bumper dozens of times). The manager, who has seen me before, decided to make a scene and have all the other cars back up to let me out after saying several times "you can go through if you want" to which i replied "that's fine with me, I've been here multiple times before without problems" and then he wouldn't let me go through. I used to recommend this place and buy my local friends passes as a presents but now we will all be going elsewhere.
I dont understand some of these reviews, I've brought all my cars here and still do, I've never had anything but great service and wonderful interactions with any of the staff.
