My #1 look at to see if a person did a good job detailing a vehicle is the inside of the windows... and I found that they were all streaked and smudged, with almost none of the film that had built up on them cleaned off. Further investigation found that there was significant amounts of smudges and grime still on the rims, inside the door was not cleaned, nor was on the sides of the seats wiped down.
It starts with a Saturday Morning appointment for a detailing and to have my windows Tinted.
This isn't a Car Wash.
True or not, it is inconvenient and interferes with my schedule, so I ask if I can reschudle the appointment... and the next available weekend slot is 2 weeks from that date.
I drop my car off in the AM, and have my wife take me to work, so the vehicle was available to them the entire day.
I drive a 2008 Mercedes-Benz C300 4-MATIC (Luxury Edition), shortly after purchasing my vehicle I decided to get some after market work done that the dealership could not provide for me. While searching for a shop to provide me with the services I was looking for I could not help but notice the lack of cleanliness and professional setting, that I became accustomed to through my experiences with multiple dealerships, was far and few in between. That is until I came across Toy Motorsports, their experience with high end automobiles warranted me paying them a visit. At the time they were a fairly new company, yet it was clear they already excelled in the areas I found that other shops were lacking. Upon visiting their facilities in Marlborough, I was met by friendly faces as well as a warm and welcoming environment. Being a new company they did not offer all of the services I was looking for to customize my vehicle, yet were more than happy to bring in a 3rd party to work out of their shop to assure I would drive away in a car that was customized to my exact specifications. It has been over 4 years since I first went to Toy Motorsports and I have watched them grow into the reputable, top notch, shop they are today. Over the years I have brought numerous vehicles to them, as well as recommended them to both friends and family whenever the opportunity arose. Therefore I can comfortably recommend that you pay them a visit to experience everything that they have to offer for yourself.
All in all it was a troublesome scheduling experience, and a shoddy servicing.
Unhappy with this situation, I shop around and find another place to tint my car, but I decide to stick with Toy to get my car detailed.

30 minuted later I then receive another phone call where I'm told that the tint guy was sick and throwing up all night, so he won't be able to make it in.
At 7am I receive a phone call telling me that their loaner vehicle, which is very nice of them to provide if you spend over a certain dollar amount on your service, had it's check engine light on and wouldn't be available. I informed the gentleman that I would be able to use my wife's car, and that I can still drop my vehicle off.
My car was disgusting, and they made it look brand new. I was expecting an extra charge it was so bad, but they didn't really even say anything. I appreciated it a lot! Going back for window tinting soon...
The gentleman behind the counter was courteous and nice however.
