Horrible horrible (and slow!) service.
Unpleasant and unhelpful staff! I had to go around and find someone who can answer a simple question, the guy was sitting busy with the phone, when I asked if he can help, he didn't even stand up or give any attention!! Definitely not a recommended store.
Terrible. Poor organization with regard to taking orders and customer service in-store. Our suit was a week late and the wrong size, and while it was acceptable in their opinion to be delinquent, they charged me a two say late fee. Go elsewhere.
I am extremely disappointed. As I was getting my 4 year old ready to be in the wedding I make the discovery that the suit jacket they gave me was too big on him and the shoes too small. This will be the last time I use this store. By the way nothing was custom fit for my son and i paid close to $300.00. What a waste of my hard earning money. Even after the assistant manager met with my sister in law half way to drop of a size 2x bigger than my son's feet I couldnt help but to feel embarrassed to see my son having a hard time walking down the aisle to deliver the rings to the groom and wife. Thanks a lot MW for ruining it for us his very first wedding experience.
The staff here only care about making sales, here's why: I made an appointment for 10 to get tuxes sized for my wedding - it took 3 1/2 hours!!! God forbid they could take someone off the sales floor to assist.
Totally regret walking into this place.
Furthermore, 4 out of the 10 tuxes came in and we're completely messed up.
Horrible customer service. The guy we rented the tux from was nice but his coworker who measured messed up so bad, when the tux came in they had to alter it. We went to pick up my dad's and the older gentlemen was so rude, ignored us and acted like I didn't exist when I asked him something. The Worcester location is where we returned everything, they were much nicer.
