The service at this location is all around very poor. The sales agents are not very approachable. The store is very cluttered and not very organized. The lack of assistance from the sales associate makes finding what you want a real task. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
I forgot my wallet (with my driver licence, credit cards, bank cards and cash) on the counter after shopping and I could not figure out where I left later. I drove back to Pennsylvania later. Surprisingly, store manager Ashley found my wallet and sent it to my home through Fedex Overnight (she got my address through my driver licence). I am so happy to have my wallet back!!!
My experience at this store and your other franchises make me really appreciate VS culture very much!! As a loyalty customer, I will continue shopping at Victoria Secret and share my experience with my friends!!
I walked into the store not expecting to buy anything, but instead just casually look around and maybe try on a few things while my friend got bra fitted. I went to try on a few bralettes and was helped by Jaden who was very kind, and knowledgable about the product. With her help, I ended up finding something I love and wear all the time. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with my experience
I visited Boston during the weekend and shopped at Victoria Secret store in Solomon Mall yesterday morning. The store staff were very nice and patient. They were smiling all the time and very helpful during my shopping.
