After more than sixty years of RMV transactions, I finally had a thoroughly pleasant and efficient experience -- at the Marlborough AAA office on Route 20: a clean and inviting environment, friendly, competent staff members, and an eye test with a clean, well-cared-for instrument that actually had a sparkling clear glass plate with razor sharp alphabet images behind it that one could read without agonizing. No hour-long wait, and the new license came to the mailbox in just four days. Kudos to AAA!
