You do not feel like a number and you are seen as an individual there, which is rare in this rushed world. I am thankful to have met Charlie. He gets it. He is an adviser in the true sense of the word. When I called anonymously for a quote, he pointed out serious issues that needed to be looked into, instead of just giving me a cookie-cutter price. He dug into the reasons why I need to be insured--on the first call--what I need to be covered for, etc. Other insurance companies just wanted some numbers and contact info, then turned around a generic quote in a few days. Charlie asked the "why" type of questions that are going to protect my family and my assets, instead of just providing me with the ability to say that I'm insured. I found out that Charlie and his family have been active members of the community for decades and are rock-solid in their reputation. I look forward to bringing my total insurance needs to Charlie, since he is a gem in an industry that can be very numbers-oriented and may be missing his personal touch.
