Stopped in on the fly for a late dinner & drink. I sat at the bar & was waited on by Maggie! I must say all my life my mother has been a waitress..Maggie was TOP NOTCH! Highly recommended stopping by TGI Fridays & disregarding the other bad reviews. I assume some of the staff may be better than others however my experience was great! Oh and some of the waitresses are pretty cute! Haha
What can I say, this place is not even worth 1 star, food was disappointing and disgusting and we waited 45mins for our meals, 27mins for our apps and the service was terrible. Management should be fired, absolutely terrible,, I have never got an experience like I have tonight at TGIF but this place is a disaster. Bathrooms and floors all over restaurants was absolutely disgusting.
Excellent service! I couldn't say enough about how wonderful Corey was, and the host Alex was very friendly and courteous as well. Drinks were generous and tasty. Food was good especially compared to other TGIFridays I've been to. Will definitely come back to this location!
I worked (trained) here for about 2 weeks towards the end of the summer. Not only did I perform every task with flying colors that I shouldn't have even had to do myself in the first place as a trainer, apparently one of the managers on duty told the main boss I was doing horrible and wasn't cut out to serve. Half the servers in there were either stoned, drunk, or totally unaware of being polite to their guests. I had several coworkers get angry with me because I asked their "regular" customers for an ID when they ordered alcohol. I served several tables on my own and wasn't even offered a tip share even though I did 100% of the work. I'm not sitting here trying to complain about a job that didn't work out, I'm letting the public know what it's like to go work somewhere where are youre discriminated against for absolutely no reason. So unless you're a "hot" young 18 year old, I wouldn't suggest applying here. A few of the servers who claimed to have been there for years, couldn't even answer the basic safety regulation questions I had. I am now serving full-time at another restaurant that I've worked at since about two days after I left Fridays and according to them, I'm one of the top 5 servers in the restaurant. I make more money now than I ever did in my whole life. No mistakes, no call outs, nothing but satisfied managers and guests. So at the end of the day the only one who lost out was this terrible restaurant and all I have to say to them it's thank you for showing me that genuinely hard-working people don't belong in a trash restaurant. Just went here and ordered a bacon cheeseburger cooked medium rare, it took 25 minuets for it to arrive and had one strip of bacon and most of the cheddar was on the lettuce on the plate. This place used to be good, but recently, the food had been terrible with no care on presentation. With all the options in this area, spend your money someplace that cares.
