Worst service imaginable! Allows you to sign up for a pick up time during the time they close without notifying you (which is at 2pm by the way, not an unreasonably late hour), charges you for the full week even though you lost a day from this debacle, does not care that you lost both time and money from your wasted trip to this location.
Love the location. This is inside the Royal Plaza hotel so you can just leave your car in their parking lot. Never very crowded and good service.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
Very convenient location if you live in metrowest, easy to pick up and drop off, personnel is nice and kind.
