Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received. They were able to accommodate my last minute need for a rental, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. I was not able to leave my car in their lot so they were very quick to point me to a garage nearby I could park my car and they would give me a ride back to enterprise and then again to my car when I returned the rental. I definitely recommend Enterprise in Marlborough when needing a rental and will be sure to use them again next time I am in need of one.

I have been renting from this location for over a year, sometimes twice a month. The service is excellent, Erika and Amanda are always professional, courteous, and above all nice people. If either of these two excellent associates ever leave this location, thier respective replacements will have big shoes to fill.
I needed a rental car for a couple days while I was waiting for my car to return to me from Austin. Amanda was very friendly and got me set up with a small car which is what I wanted because I was going to be driving around the city. Unfortunately during the day I noticed that there was cigarette smell in the car. I was so busy though, I couldn't really return the car and trade it in for a cleaner one, so with windows open I did the best I could. Of course the smell still bothered me, and in addition to being cold if I rolled up the windows, I would have a headache. Anyway, a few days later I decided that I might as well keep the car one more day, so I called the morning I was supposed to return it and asked if I could keep it for one more day. Erica was great and said of course, super easy. But when I found out that my car would be returning the next morning, I decided to keep the original return time and drive down there. I explained to one of the guys (name unknown, but he was a nice young man from Germany) about the smell. He corrected my bill so that I only had the car for really two days, and then gave me a ride back to the place where I'm staying. Very helpful, very nice people! Highly recommended (but I'd make sure you turn on the heat or the air conditioner before you pull out if you are sensitive to smoke, because as Amanda said sometimes that hides in there and you don't initially notice it).
Great service! Jonathan was great during my time of need. I flew out from west coast to Bos to be with my Dad who only had days left & seeing as my in-laws live in Marlboro and I've used this Enterprise couple times before I booked with them. My Dad was stronger than we thought(or stubborn!) so I needed to extend my stay but was out of Mass w/rental. Jonathan took care of everything over the phone with my husband without me having to leave my Dads side til his last breath(RIP Dad). I am FOREVER GRATEFUL for Jonathan's compassion and understanding during this time. He went above & beyond and upon returning his staff was extremely nice as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARLBORO, MASS ENTERPRISE.
