Checkouts are far away or not easily accessible upstairs only
since the order # matched the info i received, did not check the sealed package
called JC Penny today, waited 42 mins for someone to get on line- JC Penny does not chat capability - who doesn't?? to be told that i can re-order and pay for the items that i originally ordered, and will only get credit for items when i return to the store. And BTW- i wanted it shipped to my home- they wanted to charge me shipping. Obviously, i will return the incorrect items, i don't wish to keep it, but at the very least, i should been accommodated and not have to pay once again. Will NEVER shop at JCP again

New appliance section is great. We have been looking for a refrigerator for months and it has been very frustrating. Many stores do not have any models that fit our space limits, and what they do have is very difficult to find the measurements of. JC Penny had everything clearly labeled with all the information we need to make sure it will fit. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Check out was a breeze and the financing options are great with a store credit card.
This department store is alright, The selection for is boring, but I imagine for women it's better. The store is clean and the cashier was personable. The reason I give three stars is that I to wander around the entire first floor find a register. They should at least have an easily visible sign to help.
