I've been a Macy's customer for more than two decades. However with this particular branch, save yourself the headache and skip it.
Usually when I shop at Macy's I get out upset. It was a pleasant experience found what I was looking for and cashier was extremely friendly.
Unbelievably rude employees. They are playing deaf if you dare to ask them something or they are too busy with their cell phones to explain or help you. Also they are short staffed. Disappointing experience, especially if you want to shop something from their home department.
After more than a dozen times trying to shop here, I give up. They do not staff well so even at low volume shopping times such as the middle of a weekday, it is very difficult to find an employee. On three occasions after finding one, I was told that employee couldn't help me check out. I have twice waited in lines for over 10 minutes to then be told that the register is going to be closed and to find somewhere else. Three times I was trying to buy this one maternity shirt - each time waiting in line on my lunch break for over 20 minutes, each time having to give up and leave to get back to work. Their employees are rude and they are understaffed. It's pitiful when all you are trying to do is give them money for merchandise and they can't seem to help you out.
Far too many times frustrated and disappointed. Never going back to this branch.
Macys Practice to increase the price and then post sales signs to lure customers. Corporate thinking at its best.
I've been a Macy's customer for over 20 years. I have always been impressed by how clean the Marlboro store is. The people are beyond nice. Can you be too nice? Not in my book! I love the layout of the store. Everything is logically placed. For example, the socks are next to the shoes. I always get to return stuff without a hassle for wrong size, etc. Macys will always be #1 in my book. Bravo!
