I was on my way back home(to NH) from Marlborough asked them if they have iphone 8 black 64 gig and the lady said they do have them and added me to the waiting list saying that I would get the black one(I made sure twice), I was happy since most of the stores near me didn't have the color.Although I was on the waiting list in couple of other target stores near me I waited all day, drove 50 miles again to the store to hear them say "my name is with the silver iphone"- take it or leave it. They have zero sense of responsibility and didn't even try to handle the situation other than blaming me/ the note that they have.This was one of the worst experiences, I'll not be visiting any of the target stores anymore and thanks for spoiling my holiday mood.
Decent store with food, clothing, home, etc options available. The employees were helpful and polite even though it was close to closing time. However, the clothing area was a mess. The shoe section looked like a tornado had passed through.
Most of my neighbors , friends and l are very excited that we have a Target in our area. The stores are always clean , bright , and the shelves are always stocked & fronted. Even the staff not only look there best but they are always polite ,curtious and very helpful. l"ve actually formed a friendship with a few of them . We always look forward to shopping there .Keep up the good work.
I spent more than an hour in there just browsing. The employees are very pleasant, helpful and cheerful. I like going to this particular Target. Also the cashier (Mary O.) was very nice.
They have a great selection and always excellent customer service. The only suggestion I have is for the store to have music playing while you shop. It offers a more exciting shopping experience.
