Didn't replace the product under warranty said talk directly to vendor. Mine is Ue boom box. How am i supposed to ship this to them ..Bizzare experience

They NEVER answer the phone ! After waiting 25 minutes on call #4, I told the girl that no one was answering. She, oh we recommend you bring the phone in to be looked at. No I'm sorry you had to wait. No I'm sorry for your inconvenience. That was it! Train you staff, Best Buy on how to answer the phone. Not everyone can simply drive over there at a moments notice! SOME things CAN be answered by phone.
Great product selection and helpful staff. Recycled my old printer and got a coupon that discounted a new one that was on sale! Happy Camper!
