Do not stay here. I stayed here for 2 nights. The room wasn't clean. The hotel manager Sonny is a scam artist. After getting my bill and checking out, i was charged an additional $50. I called after to see why I as charged. I was told the room smelled like weed and was charged. When I disputed the charge because I do not smoke, Sonny told me too bad. He told me to dispute it with your credit card company instead of refunding me the money. Sonny Patel is a horrible manager. A previous person posted how awesome he is. Too bad the person who posted, has the last name Patel too. Maybe its his family. Sonny is just looking to increase sales and revenue without care for customers who come and stay. DO NOT STAY HERE
Avoid this hotel. Very poor quality. Very bad service. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. We chose because it is very close to New England Sports Center. But take the longer drive. The bed was saggy. The water pressure poor. And the staff unhelpful. Breakfast too is subpar. My comparison: other quality inns.

Essentially, my travel colleague and I reserved two rooms and we have have proof (pictures) that in my colleagues room the bed linen was not changed after the previous guest. After complaining that this was unacceptable (disgusting), management offered only “ regrets.”

Okay, I don't know where to start. There is mold in the rooms, and the rooms were uncleaned. At 830 a staff member entered the room unanounced (did not knock) when they saw us they said sorry and walked out . They have a breakfast, but after viewing what they had to offer it was clear we would be getting food somewhere else. They had a fruit bowl that actually had a fruit that was obviously rotted. I will never stay again. There was some sort of stain on the blanket, the replacement blanket had stains and burn holes as well. At first glance the rooms are decent looking but it quickly bec9mes clear that it is not as it appears!
While this is by no means a five star hotel, I would stay here again. I was in Marlborough for work, on our client's dime, and my boss asked me to be gentle regarding price. This hotel is right off the freeway, it's clean, it has a decent breakfast, and it is safe. I've stayed here twice in the last month and it's a pretty solid bargain. The manager (I'm sorry, can't remember his name) and Luke were both friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the water pressure was extremely low in both rooms I stayed in.
