A Total disappointment. While on business travel I Requested a waiver for an early check out due to mitigating circumstances. It was denied. The excuse.... I need it a GOLD or a higher status. Really??? I called customer service for a 50/50. the hotel Manager was not even willing to make it a 50/50 deal. When my company travel dept called to negotiate the manager didn't even answer the phone. Poor Customer Service.

Generally good hotel, but beginning to show signs of aging including rattling heat registers, moldy showers, and limited dishware

Ali at the front desk was one of the kindest and most professional employees that I've ever met. Everyone is kind and courteous and I love saying where you are treated well. The rooms are clean, crisp & modern and the best part is the meals provided in the morning :)

This is a pretty good Residence Inn, but the rooms are smaller than what I've seen elsewhere. This is really noticeable in the living room area of the suite where the foldout bed is 2/3rds the size of what you'll find in other RI's and they've also abbreviated the closet space and the area around the bed. Also on the "thrift it out list" are the number and size of the dinners: no Thursday dinner, snacks on Wednesday and a decent dinner on Tuesday. The staff is great, but they're working a very tight budget.

The Inn is right at the corner of I-290 and I-495, so just step outside and you'll hear a legion of trucks downshifting on the exit ramps starting at about 5am. The noise really isn't noticeable inside. If you're traveling with dogs it's pretty easy to walk down Donald Lynch Blvd. There's nothing around the Inn, so you can't really go anywhere, but the walk is pleasant and the dog will enjoy it.

I have stayed a at several Residence Inns, but this one is the worst. My room was nice, but quiet it wasn't. This hotel is right across the street from the New England Sports Center. Families come here with their kids to play sports there. What is irritating is these parents do nothing to control their kids and they often encourage them to make as much noise as possible. One evening I was trying to get some work done and these kids and their parents were playing hockey in the hallway. When I asked them to please keep it down, they looked at me like I was nuts and that they had every right to disturb the whole floor. The staff here is nice, but they don't do anything to stop this activity. I am not sure why they don't because my not doing so will ensure that I don't come back here. Also they have the worst continental breakfast and evening snacks of every Residence Inn I have been too. The eggs are cooked in one big bunch and left out until it is empty. At other Residence Inns, they cook a little at a time so it is warm and not soggy like they get here. They do mix up the meats a bit, but they never put out biscuits and gravy like I have had at other Residence Inns. Once breakfast is over, they remove the tea and coffee too, where at other Residence Inns, they have it available all day. Evening snacks are the worst. At other Residence Inns, I have had tacos, fajitas, burgers, and meatloaf. What does this one have? Chips and salads! There is no business center. There is a computer in the same room as the front desk, but no chairs. I am on the road for work, and it would be nice to sit down go through my documents and print them without having to stand up the whole time. I paid just as much here as I did at other Residence Inns, so I am not sure why the amenities are so cheap and lame.
